Fun with Prints

        Prints are here to stay...I guess in todays Fashion everything is IN.

       we got the mixed print patterns,African jungle patterns mixed with animal prints and stripes tagging along, from bright colours to nice earthy tones, a bit of floral on the side, A line to B circles. I know you might wonder how does it look so pretty down the run ways in editorials and in certain people.

     Please be careful,it takes a keen eye to get these trends looking right, and as we all know that the looks going down the runways and  printed the editorials are carefully thought by a professional called a stylist. It might look awesome on your friends perhaps on you too, but if you are the type that certain things don"t look good on...  just remember to look for those pieces that flatter your favourite part of you, weather its a colour that makes your eyes pop out,to the lil black dress that shows of your curves or that amazing pair of heels\wedges that just give you the extra 2inches of confidence.

If still in doubt just opt for black,also try multitasking and having a glass while getting dress, it loosens you up a bit,and it helps you appreciate certain things you probably didnt appreciate as much.

Joselo Franjul Since ill be going to the Dominican this october( i got invited by a very special somebody) to witness my first Dominican Fashion Week, due to my short"Fashion knowledge that mainly revolves around Frav,Frip,Wok,Cavalli,Dior and Dolce i was told to do my homework and EDUCATE MYSELF in my native country creative talents..Being the good girl that I AM :) (due to having the most boringfkngtimeofsummer) and done my research.. And found out that there are actually some pretty cool fashion shakers in the Island of the sun and Glory.



Joselo Franjul is a fashion Stylist image consultant editor and Fashion Know it all based in the Dominican Republic, i had the lucky opportunity to meet and show Joselo a good booty shaking time around Milan this past June. He has dressed top runway regular such as Rose Cordero, the Hot girls from Elite and im pretty sure all the respectable agencies in Dominicana and ManyMany Beauty Queens(like the ones that go to Miss Universe)!! I personally love his style because he is able to transmit the essence of the Latin|Caribbean beauty in a more sophisticated some what minimal ways, without loosing its flavour.

Dreaming of Paradise!

Island of the Sun

Its been over 2 yrs i dont go to a tropical destination. It sucks to go to one during the summer months since they are mainly sick( by tropical storms and hurricane) specially during the month of August.TAKE NOTE!!

Here are some old vacation pics I want to share with you!

Enjoy... I did look different..and Notice how im smiling in almost all the pics.. ohhhhhhhh its was great being young.-.__.

The good feeling of being home and wearing bright coloured pretty dresses.

Dont leave out the traffic with its "autobuses" carrying double capacity.

If your are not too picky you should definitely try the food being sold by the locals in the public beaches they have that authentic fresh taste from the sea(fish).

If you get the chance go to a place or city\town thats not so tourist oriented for a few days, book a hotel by the beach, maybe it wont be like a 5+ star resort but it has its perks.. like having a beach to your self :)

Make sure to try the local hand rolled cigars ...premium quality. Dont forget to drink drink..i suggest rum based drinks since caribbean rum is mighty good.

And last but not least Smile like a fool and pose while entering your favorite Kite Surfing beach!!

why sit on a chair get your bum in the sand..it works as an exfoliant..
